For 25 years, Thomas has served in senior leadership positions in North Asia, South East Asia and Europe, for large multinational companies, including as Regional Managing Director – Asia for Rexam PLC.

When he retired from corporate life, Thomas was President and Country Manager for ABB in the Philippines. He then embarked on a social entrepreneurship journey, serving on the boards of a number of foundations, before setting up Genashtim as a for-profit social enterprise.

Thomas is one of UNESCAP’s seven “Promoters” for the new Asia and Pacific Decade of Persons with Disabilities, 2013–2022. He has been invited as a speaker by ILO, AVPN Conference, World Blind Union, ICEVI, Asia Pacific Centre for Disability, The Nippon Foundation, and various universities including Sydney University, and Asian Institute of Management.

Since 1999, Thomas has been an active member of YPO/WPO, serving in many leadership positions, and was elected as Chairman for WPO in South East Asia for 2010–2012, during which time he was honoured with the Best of the Best Region award in WPO.

Thomas lives with his family in Melbourne, Australia and travels two-thirds of the time.

Tan Ee Beng heads the ESG Services in Genashtim and he manages various ESG initiatives and projects with our partners and clients. Since 2020, he has been involved in promoting and advocating the B Corp movement in Singapore and Malaysia and which has now extended to the rest of Southeast Asia.

Despite his partial blindness, Ee Beng makes the most of any opportunity that comes his way. Based in Malaysia, Ee Beng first obtained a diploma in Mass Communication with a major in Public Relations and later pursued a Bachelor of Public Relations (Honours) degree from the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in Kuala Lumpur. He interned at the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) and started work as a Project Coordinator for Dialogue in the Dark.

With over 20 years of business development experience across the Asia-Pacific region, Leslie brings deep expertise in FMCG, consulting, and professional education, particularly in the accounting and finance sectors across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa. His collaborations include working with CFA Institute, AICPA, CPA Australia, and major banks to drive professional development.

A Certified ISO 14064 GHG Lead Verifier and GRI-trained Professional and Associate Member of CPA Australia, he was awarded the Singapore Prime Minister's Community Initiatives Award in 2015 for his impactful grassroots contributions. And he is a trained ESG verification analyst.

With over 36 years of consulting experience, Carol began her career with Ernst & Young before joining a Malaysian government innovation agency, where she helped establish its first Design Thinking school. Her portfolio spans complex project and change management, transformation initiatives, and strategic consulting across public and private sectors.

A certified Exponential Organizations (ExO) Ambassador, Consultant, and Sprint Coach, Carol is also an active member of the global OpenExO ecosystem, enabling her to drive sustainable transformation through a worldwide network of advisors and industry leaders.

With more than 40 years of experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, and industry leader, Seong co-founded The Vision Group of Companies and shaped Malaysia's creative content industry for over three decades. He began his career at SGV Kassim Chan and later transitioned to guiding others through advisory, coaching, and ecosystem-building. His current work spans mentoring startup founders, life coaching, supporting the Soonicorn Collective, promoting sustainability within YPO, and launching The Better Business School—an executive education platform grounded in purposeful leadership.
