Commissioned by Workforce Singapore (WSG) to create and pilot a workforce transformation program focusing on senior sustainability professional roles. The program includes an e-learning certificate by eCornell, one-on-one mentoring by industry practitioners, specially curated webinars featuring world-class ESG experts and practitioners, and more.

Completed the first pilot featuring seven corporate participants (including CIMB Bank, Johnson & Johnson, and more) and received positive reviews on the program's effectiveness in aiding their career transition as senior ESG executives.
